Specifications:

We offers a wide range of

  • Delivery Pipes - These are made of ST 52 grade seamless steel which is a high manganese grade wear resistant steel. The pipes supplied are in standard 4 mm, 4.5 mm or 7.1 mm thickness, depending upon the type of application. End Collars are matching to OEM specifications

  • Clamps - Forged up to DN 125/DN 150 size and Malleable Steel casted in DN150, DN180 and DN200 mm sizes.

  • Long Radius Bends and S type bends are made in ST 52 grade Seamless pipes.

  • Short Bends R-275 bends made of high manganese steel casting for Mobile Boom Pumps and Gantries used for lining of tunnels and underground structures.

  • Concrete End Hoses We are exclusively selling GERMAN made concrete hoses for a variety of or Concreting, Shotcreting and Grouting applications. Our concrete hoses can withstand working pressure upto 100 bar under normal working conditions. We have a good stock of hoses in all sizes from 2" (50 mm) dia to 6" (150 mm) dia and can supply in long Lengths upto 20 mtrs.

  • We have a range of such hoses used in shotcreting equipments like Schwing TSM/TSR Top Shot Runner Machine, CIFA Spritz, Sika, Normet, Putzmeister, Gia Meyco Potenza/Suprema/Robojet etc.

  • End nozzles Our range of nozzles includes replacement nozzles for most shotcreting equipment like CIFA/Schwing/Normet/Gia etc. The nozzles are made of virgin Polyurethane which is high abrasion resistant but highly flexible material with amazing strength.

  • Wear Plates - For Dry Shotcrete and plastering machines like Aliva for their variety of models like Al 252, 262, 263 etc. we keep in stock the top and bottom wear plates and the central rotor disc for most of these models.

  • Gravel Hose We also have in stock the high impact resistant hose for transfer of Gravel or stone particles for used in specialized equipment like Tunnel Boring Machines. The sizes in our stock are 50 mm and 75 mm hose with a working pressure of 10 bar. The single long length is 40 mtrs.

  • Couplings - We have in stock a mix of imported and indigenous couplings for joining of these delivery pipes and hoses in all sizes from 2" to 5". The couplings are cup tension type with lever attachment for ease of use.

Superior Material Strength and Durability

Constructed from strong alloy steel grades such as Q235, Q345, and 40Cr, these clamps boast a minimum tensile strength of 520 MPa and yield strength of at least 355 MPa. This combination ensures the clamps endure the rigorous pressures of concrete pumping operations, delivering reliable performance in all weather and working conditions.

Versatile Design to Match Pipe Specifications

Offered in round, rigid, and circular section shapes, these pipe clamps are compatible with various pipe diameters including DN125, DN150, and DN180. Each unit is built to standard pipe sizes for seamless integration and is finished in corrosion-resistant coatings like zinc or epoxy for extended service life.

FAQs of Concrete Pump Pipe Clamp:

Q: How is the Concrete Pump Pipe Clamp installed on a pipeline?

A: The clamp is installed by aligning the pipe ends within the circular clamp, then securely tightening the bolted coupling. The rubber gasket provides a sealed joint, preventing leaks during concrete pumping operations.

Q: What materials are used in manufacturing these pipe clamps?

A: These clamps are made using high-strength alloy steel, specifically material grades Q235, Q345, and 40Cr, ensuring durability and resistance to wear during heavy-duty applications.

Q: When should I use a galvanized or epoxy-painted clamp?

A: Galvanized clamps are ideal for environments with high corrosion risk due to their zinc coating, while epoxy-painted versions provide superior chemical resistance and are recommended for harsher, chemically aggressive conditions.

Q: Where are these pipe clamps commonly applied?

A: These clamps are widely used in concrete pump pipeline systems across various construction sites, infrastructure projects, and any applications requiring secure, leak-proof pipe joints for pumped concrete.

Q: What is the benefit of using a clamp with 1 mm tolerance?

A: A 1 mm tolerance ensures a precise and tight fit with minimal gaps, reducing the risk of leaks, improving structural stability, and streamlining assembly by accommodating mild variations in pipe diameter.

Q: How does the sealing process work in these clamps?

A: The integrated rubber gasket is compressed between pipe ends when the clamp is tightened, creating a robust seal that prevents concrete or slurry leakage during high-pressure pumping.

Q: What standards regulate the manufacture of these pipe clamps?

A: The production follows IS 2062 and DIN 20018 standards, which govern material quality, performance, and dimensional accuracy, ensuring dependable operation for critical pipeline connections.
