Product Description

Leveraging on our vast industry experience, we are offering our clients a finest quality range of Concrete Delivery Pipe Bends that help to change the direction of flowing liquids and pass them away easily. Our adroit professionals manufacture these pipe bends in order to meet the international standards using finest quality material and advanced technology. The offered Concrete Delivery Pipe Bends are available with us in various technical specifications at reasonable prices.

Features:

  • Accurate dimension

  • Compact design

  • Smooth finish

  • Optimum durability

Specifications:

  • Delivery Pipes - These are made of ST 52 grade seamless steel which is a high manganese grade wear resistant steel. The pipes supplied are in standard 4 mm, 4.5 mm or 7.1 mm thickness, depending upon the type of application. End Collars are matching to OEM specifications

  • Clamps - Forged up to DN 125/DN 150 size and Malleable Steel casted in DN150, DN180 and DN200 mm sizes.

  • Long Radius Bends - 15 and S type bends are made in ST 52 grade Seamless pipes.

  • Short Bends R-275 bends made of high manganese steel casting for Mobile Boom Pumps and Gantries used for lining of tunnels and underground structures.

  • Concrete End Hoses We are exclusively selling GERMAN made concrete hoses for a variety of or Concreting, Shotcreting and Grouting applications. Our concrete hoses can withstand working pressure upto 100 bar under normal working conditions. We have a good stock of hoses in all sizes from 2" (50 mm) dia to 6" (150 mm) dia and can supply in long Lengths upto 20 mtrs.

  • We have a range of such hoses used in shotcreting equipments like Schwing TSM/TSR Top Shot Runner Machine, CIFA Spritz, Sika, Normet, Putzmeister, Gia Meyco Potenza/Suprema/Robojet etc.

  • End nozzles Our range of nozzles includes replacement nozzles for most shotcreting equipment like CIFA/Schwing/Normet/Gia etc. The nozzles are made of virgin Polyurethane which is high abrasion resistant but highly flexible material with amazing strength.

  • Wear Plates - For Dry Shotcrete and plastering machines like Aliva for their variety of models like Al 252, 262, 263 etc. we keep in stock the top and bottom wear plates and the central rotor disc for most of these models.

  • Gravel Hose We also have in stock the high impact resistant hose for transfer of Gravel or stone particles for used in specialized equipment like Tunnel Boring Machines. The sizes in our stock are 50 mm and 75 mm hose with a working pressure of 10 bar. The single long length is 40 mtrs.

  • Couplings - We have in stock a mix of imported and indigenous couplings for joining of these delivery pipes and hoses in all sizes from 2" to 5". The couplings are cup tension type with lever attachment for ease of use.

Precision Manufacturing with Custom Options

Our concrete delivery pipe bends are produced with a tolerance of 1 mm, ensuring precise fits in any system. You can select from multiple diameters (125 mm150 mm), thicknesses (4.5 mm10 mm), and bend radii (R275R500 or as required). Choose surface treatments, color finishes, and several types of connections to perfectly match your site needs and ensure optimal performance in rigorous applications.

Engineered for Demanding Applications

Constructed from high-grade alloy steels such as ST52, Q235, and 45Mn, our pipe bends deliver industry-leading tensile (450 MPa) and yield (345 MPa) strengths. Rigorous adherence to IS, ASTM, and DIN standards guarantees reliability for construction, concrete pumping, and infrastructure projects. Paint and shot-blasted surface treatments offer corrosion resistance, while robust coatings provide extended service life in challenging environments.

FAQs of Concrete Delivery Pipe Bends:

Q: How are concrete delivery pipe bends installed in a pumping system?

A: Concrete delivery pipe bends are installed using flanged, clamped, or welded connections, ensuring compatibility with most modern concrete pumping systems. Proper connection type should be chosen based on site-specific requirements and safety regulations.

Q: What applications are these pipe bends suitable for?

A: These bends are predominantly used in construction, concrete pumping, and infrastructure projects, where they help direct the flow of concrete without causing blockages or wear to the pump system.

Q: When should I select a specific surface treatment or coating?

A: Surface treatments such as painting, shot blasting, epoxy, or powder coating should be selected based on site exposure to corrosive environments, required longevity, and desired aesthetics. Shot blasting enhances adhesion for painted or coated surfaces.

Q: Where can custom sizes and colors be specified?

A: Customizations, including diameter, thickness, length, bend radius, and color (black, red, yellow, or as specified), can be requested directly when placing an order to ensure the pipe bends meet your exact project needs.

Q: What is the manufacturing process for these pipe bends?

A: The manufacturing process involves precision forming of alloy steel pipes, controlled bending to achieve specified radii, followed by surface treatment (such as painting or shot blasting) and final assembly of the connection type (flanged, clamped, or welded).

Q: How does the use of alloy steel benefit concrete delivery systems?

A: Alloy steel such as ST52, Q235, or 45Mn offers superior tensile and yield strength, enhancing durability, minimizing maintenance, and ensuring reliable performance under high-pressure concrete pumping operations.
